But everyone has to learn to accept the fact and move on.

Some things you did may not be reflected and no one will take note of it.
You helped others more than you helped yourself and no one appreciated.
You may even wondered,
you helped them so much but do they helped you as much.
That's reality.
Because you are just a small fry in a mass of people.
So just accept the fact that, if you don't help yourself, who will.
